A 4-week in-person course for absolute beginners who want to learn how to paint with watercolour—without the overwhelm.

We’ll meet every Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning for 4 weeks at a warm and cosy rural property and settle in with a cuppa while we paint.

Week 1: Learn the foundations

Week 2–4: Create 3 beautiful artworks in 3 different styles: botanical, expressive florals, and dreamy seascapes

All materials provided.

No experience needed—just a love for colour and a little courage to try!

$240 for the full course. Spaces are limited. Must be available for all 4 sessions.

Intro to Watercolours Workshop - Petals & Produce

Join me for a 4-hour Introduction to Watercolour Painting workshop at “Little Britton” - a stunning rural property close to Tinonee on Saturday, 12th July. Learn the essential techniques of watercolour, from choosing the right supplies to mastering brushwork, paper, and paints. This hands-on session will guide you through creating some delicate cosmos flowers or some ripe for the pickin’ apples. All materials are provided, so come ready to explore your creativity!

A light lunch and drinks are also included.

Perfect for beginner to intermediate levels.

A little about me…

I'm Melinda - an artist and creative and I understand the power of art to heal and bring joy. After a life-changing event, I turned to painting as a way to find my happiness again. I have a love affair with watercolour paints, and now teach others how to learn the foundational techniques to build confidence and unlock their expression. I especially love bringing women together in beautiful places to inspire them to pick up a paintbrush and let their worries dissolve away.

As a mother of two young children and a wife, I understand the importance of finding joy in life's simple pleasures. I have found helping women rediscover their love of art and creativity brings me immense happiness. Seeing the joy on their faces as they begin to dedicate to an art or creative practice again is truly rewarding.

All in all, I'm just a sun lovin', ocean obsessed, God centred woman who is devoted to my family, creativity and living life to the fullest.
